MAJOR BRIAN ARNOLD is starting his 33rd year in the fire service; he has served the past 28 years serving with the Oklahoma City (OK) Fire Department. He is assigned to the training division and trains new recruits and develops training for incumbent firefighters. This is his 12th year teaching a H.O.T. class at FDIC International.
