BOB CARPENTER is a 30-year veteran of Miami-Dade (FL) Fire Rescue where he recently retired as the station captain at Station 21 in the 1st Battalion. He has been in the fire service for almost 40 years. He previously worked for a combination department and also served as a volunteer. He was an officer development lead iInstructor, recruit officer in charge, and training officer for the North Operations Division.
