David Comstock is a 40-year veteran of the fire service and chief of the Western Reserve (OH) Joint Fire District. He is also an attorney with the firm of Bonezzi, Switzer, Polito, and Hupp. He regularly represents fire districts and departments throughout Ohio. He is also a contributor to Fire Engineering and is a participant in its Blog Talk Radio program.
