Anthony Avillo is director of the Monmouth County (NJ) Fire Academy with 38 years of service. He is a deputy chief (ret.) of North Hudson (NJ) Regional Fire & Rescue. He has a master’s degree in professional security studies from New Jersey City University. Named the ISFSI George D. Post Instructor of the Year in 2012
