A 33-year veteran of the fire service, Battalion Chief Jason Emery has been with the Waterbury FD (CT) for 28 years. Jason serves as a SME for the NFPA in emerging technologies, and as the lead SME in their AFV safety program. He teaches throughout the U.S. and internationally. He holds a B.S. in Fire Investigation from the University of New Haven and founded Emergency Training Solutions.
