Doug Bohr recently came to the Center for Growing Talent with extensive experience in public programming in the nonprofit sector. Since 2017, Doug has served as a Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at the Philadelphia Zoo and previously spent 12 years at The Pew Charitable Trusts. His experience in fundraising, strategic planning, and public engagement to drive mission-based organizational goals are essential to CGT’s ability to advance its efforts to attract and develop talent across the global produce and floral supply chains.
