Phil Goddard, Manager of Facility Compliance and Technology Development, ISWM Department, Town of Bourne has 30 years of experience in the solid waste business. He has worked for the Town for over 19 years and is responsible for environmental management, permitting, health and safety, government relations and community affairs. Additionally, as part of the senior management team he helps develop the short and long-term business development plans for the department. Phil currently serves as the President of the Southern New England Chapter of SWANA, the Treasurer of MassRecycle and the Chair of the MA Product Stewardship Council. He is a graduate of Babson College in Wellesley, MA with a B.S. in Marketing and has a graduate certificate in Environmental Policy from UMASS Dartmouth. He is also MOLO certified by SWANA.
