Thierry Boveri is a Senior Manager with Raftelis, based out of Florida, with 16 years’ experience providing financial and management counsel to local governments and utilities. Thierry’s specialty is developing long-range business models to help decision makers evaluate infrastructure investments and changes in operations. Thierry is a Certified Government Financial Manager with a background in economics and international business from Rollins College, and he has a passion for sustainability and the circular economy. Thierry has been a leading author to industry-recognized manuals of practice on fiscal sustainability and financial planning, and he is a frequent contributor and presenter at professional trade journals and conferences. Most recently, Thierry has been assessing the state of curbside recycling in Florida, and volunteering in support of the US Chamber of Commerce’s Beyond 34 public-private sector initiative to advance recycling in the central Florida region.
