Charles (Chuck) Clarke is the Vice President of Health and Safety at Covanta. While he has just been with Covanta since the fall of 2018, he has extensive health, safety, and environmental experience in the chemical industry with companies such as Rhone-Poulenc, Aventis, Bayer CropScience, and Air Liquide. He is a Certified Industrial Hygienist and Certified Safety Professional with Scarlet Knight, Mountaineer, and Wolverine roots. Chuck earned a B.S. in Environmental Science from Cook College, a J.D. from West Virginia University, and a M.S. in Industrial Hygiene from the University of Michigan.
