William became the Solid Waste Program Manager in the Land Protection Branch of the Georgia Environmental Protection Division (EPD) on March 1, 2015. His management responsibilities include the implementation of EPD’s Solid Waste Permitting, Environmental Monitoring, Tire Management, Recovered Materials, and Surface Mining Programs. He has extensive experience in rule and program development. William has a Mechanical Engineering degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology and has a total of 26 years of experience with EPD.
