Daljit Singh has over 27 years of experience with Petronas, the national oil company of Malaysia. He graduated with an honours degree in Petroleum Engineering from University of Technology, Malaysia in 1991 before pursuing his Masters in Computer Science. He also recently completed his MBA. Daljit Singh started off his career in Petronas as a Petroleum Engineer and has since held various positions; Reservoir Surveillance Engineer, Reservoir Development Engineer and Reservoir Simulation engineer before moving to E&P Data Management domain where he was involved in various data management initiatives. He is currently the Senior Manager of Petroleum Engineering Data at Group Technical Data in Petronas, Kuala Lumpur. Daljit Singh has an in-depth knowledge of E&P Data Management and is instrumental in the establishment of E&P Technical skill group in PETRONAS. Daljit Singh is currently the Discipline Resource Person and line trainer for Petronas E&P Technical Data skill group. Daljit Singh is an established speaker and have been a regular presenter at PNEC conference. He has been a member of various advisory boards include PNEC Advisory board for the last few years.
