Erica has 28 years of industry experience, 22 of which are with Broadspire. Under her leadership, Broadspire’s Medical Management continually produces the industry’s top results. Erica worked her way up from a billing analyst, to supervisor, to operations manager, to director of Medical Bill Review operations. Strategic planning, product development, expense control, global expansion and innovation to increase efficiencies are all areas Erica has focused on to improve performance year over year within her areas of oversight. Prior to joining Broadspire, she held a management position at Florida Health Nursing Services. Erica received a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida International University. Erica also holds the Associate in Risk Management
