Catherine Lerer and her husband Dan McGee are partners at McGee, Lerer & Associates. They represent exclusively personal injury victims. She has arbitrated, mediated and tried hundreds of cases and successfully settled thousands of cases. She has received no awards. She is not a Super Lawyer (except in the eyes of her husband and two daughters), though if her peers were to so nominate her, she would happily accept the honor. She is proud to say she is a lifetime member of not only the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, but also the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, having dutifully paid the requisite membership fee. She has been recognized as an expert in the area of electric scooter accidents, having been interviewed by over 65 media outlets in the past year. When she is not championing her clients’ rights, she and her husband are likely to be hiking the Kalalau Trail or in the Yosemite High Sierras.
