Ms. Stephanie Tharp is the Product Support Manager for NAVWAR’s Tactical Networks program office (PMW-160) and Government PM for the CANES Training Virtual Environment contract. Stephanie received a bachelor’s in political science and law from Fresno Pacific University. In addition to completing her Master’s in business from Harvard’s distance education program, she has attained a number of technical and professional certifications. Over the past 13 years, Stephanie has lead product support initiatives for a number of programs within both NAVAIR and NAVWAR, including Precision Attack Weapons Systems, Scaled Munitions (UAV weaponization), and Consolidated Afloat Networks and Enterprise Services (CANES). Stephanie is NAVWAR’s 2019 Acquisition Professional of the Year and was recognized by ASN(RDA) as part of the 2019 excellence is acquisition team award.
