Ms. Allan’s extensive background in technology, innovation, and professional services has enabled her to lead companies that unlock value streams through innovation, technology, and strategy execution. In her more than 30-year career, she has advised and coached Fortune 100 companies, private equity companies, venture-backed companies as well as worked closely with government and non-government organizations on the energy transformation. Recently Ms. Allan as an independent board director assisted with the sale of Electro-Mechanical Corp. to private equity which recently closed in September 2021. As an advisor to Enertech Capital, she also provides strategy and input to the venture capital group. Ms. Allan earned a Bachelor of Science degree(Hons) in electrical engineering from the University of Florida and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Duke University Fuqua Business School. She is an IEEE Senior Member was appointed to a two-year term by the U.S. Secretary of Energy to the DOE Electricity Advisory Council.
