Stan is a mechanical engineer with over 40 years’ experience as a consulting engineer in the hydropower industry. In the course of his career, Stan has worked on over 100 hydro projects worldwide, ranging from under 500 kW to over 10,000 MW. That work includes over 35 separate projects in the Columbia River basin alone. Stan is a Vice President of Stantec Consulting Se4rvcies Inc. and currently works as a senior project manager and Regional Sector Lead in their Waterpower & Dams group. Stan has been working for Reclamation on the Grand Coulee Project since 2009 as Contract Manager, Task Manager, and Technical Resource.
