Eric Hsu oversees digital marketing, email innovation, search and analytics at the Kimmel Center, where he is pioneering the use of analytics to improve show marketing. Eric is working with IT to build dashboards, which give insights into the marketing campaigns and audiences for the Kimmel Center’s 1,000+ performances. He also works with development, education, rentals and Ticket Philadelphia to optimize the digital experience for these departments. Previously, Eric led Internet marketing to manage user acquisition and create localized micro-sites throughout Asia for Yahoo Southeast Asia and eBay Southeast Asia. This background has helped Eric steer the Kimmel Center towards a larger online footprint to reach, engage and retain new audiences.
