Jonathan Portnoy joined Southwest in 2014 as a Product Manager within the marketing department. Prior to Southwest, he worked for FedEx and Travelocity. His career has always focused on connecting people to places or things that are important to them around the world. Jonathan joined the Hospitality Operations Support Team at Southwest two years ago to help drive measurement and reporting of Southwest hospitality to leaders and employees. Jonathan is a self-proclaimed BBQ expert having lived in multiple locations known for their BBQ – St. Louis, North Carolina, Memphis and Texas.
