As Implementations Director, Derek is responsible for implementing AXS ticketing systems, platforms and new products across clients in North America, Europe and Asia as well as overseeing a team of experts responsible for the onboarding each of our clients. Derek began is extensive career in the ticketing industry with Ticketmaster in the mid-90’s before joining the Texas based ticketing company that would go on to become AXS where he has become a mainstay as our industry continues to evolve and innovate. Throughout Derek’s career with AXS, his technical knowledge has been critical to continuity and consistency across the organization and has been demonstrated in a number of leadership positions he has held including the oversight of AXS’s call-center, customer support and client service teams. Today, he still serves as a lead resource for AXS clients - Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo as well as the MLS team, FC Dallas. Derek currently resides in McKinney, TX with his two children, Elizabeth and Tommy.
