he received his B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from Chonbuk National University, Jeonju, South Korea, in 2013, 2015, and 2018, respectively. From 2012 to 2017, he worked on developing voltage & frequency control schemes of a wind power plant.
