Gary’s career in arts ticketing and technology shows a record of innovation and accomplishment that has been widely recognized by his peers. He currently consults with arts organizations on customer service and technology. Prior to forming LusTicks Consulting he served 11 years as a Vice-President of the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts & Managing Director of Ticket Philadelphia, an entrepreneurial, venture of the Philadelphia Orchestra and the Kimmel Center providing customer service for 4 venues and more than 10 arts organizations. Gary is a former Chair of INTIX. He received the Patricia G. Spira Lifetime Achievement award in 2014. Gary also served for 4 years on the Tessitura Member Advisory Committee.
