Ms. Ellerbe has more than 20 years of financial and program management experience in the federal government and private sector. She currently serves as the Senior Advisor to the CFO and the Director of Business Management Services (BMS) in the Food & Drug Administration’s (FDA) Office of Finance, Budget, Acquisitions and Planning (OFBAP). In this capacity, she leads large teams that provide innovative financial management, human capital, communications, and process improvement services to the OFBAP and FDA. Ms. Ellerbe is a graduate of the Federal Executive Institute and she holds advanced degrees in business administration, and a graduate certificate in Project Management.
