Randy Gillespie serves as the Vice President of Finance for the National Association of State Workforce Agencies (NASWA) and is the Director of the Unemployment Insurance (UI) Integrity Center, a partner organization of the U.S Department of Labor, charged with developing tools and solutions to reduce improper payments and fraud in the UI program. Prior to his current role, Randy served as the Chief Financial Officer for the Indiana Department of Workforce Development, where he oversaw the financial aspects of unemployment insurance and workforce development programs. Randy holds a master’s degree in Public Financial Administration from Indiana University and a B.S. in Management from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
