Chris has 23 years of experience on technical aspects for cyber and data/information security and associated physical protections for the Banking and Electric industries. Chris is currently an At-Large Member on the NERC Reliability Issues Steering Committee (RISC). RISC evaluates and make recommendations on risks to the NERC Board of Trustees for the electricity industry. Chris is also member of the NERC Cyber Security – CIP Guidelines and Technical Basis (GTB) Review Team for CIP-002 – CIP-011, 012, 14, and on the Oregon ISACA Board which is focused on IT governance.
