Neil is the executive director of the Electrical Industry Certification Association, (EICA) founded in 2014. Before that, he was with the Missouri Valley and Southwestern Lince Chaopter of the National Electrical Contractors Association and received his Bachelor of Science from Kansas State University in Economics and is a graduate of the Vocational Outside Line Training Academy, (VOLTA).
