Gregory Scott Hopkins received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Clemson University, Clemson, South Carolina USA. He joined the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) in 1994 as an Electrical Field Test Engineer. Between 2002 and 2015 he was the Plant Engineer at USACE Hartwell Power Plant. Between 2015 and 2018 he served as the USACE Savannah District’s Chief of Hydropower Technical Services. He currently works for the USACE Mobile District as the Compliance Engineer of Mobile, Savannah, Charleston, and Wilmington Districts for the USACE South Atlantic Division’s Electric Reliability Compliance Program.
