Since 2011, Monica Miller has served the NCAA as Associate Director of Strategic and Former Student-Athlete Outreach. She augments the Association’s proactive communication strategy by engaging with key constituents while focusing on the daily management of the NCAA After the Game® and Career Center, a resource helping undergraduates prepare for life after college sports while connecting former NCAA student-athletes to employers looking to hire and work with them. From Ball State, Miller earned a master’s degree in public relations and a bachelor’s degree in journalism and sociology. She is a certified meeting professional with certificates in fundraising principles, organizational management and Lean Six Sigma earned from three different universities.
