Jérôme Lebrun joined Disneyland Paris in 2007. He provides support in multiple technical fields including Maintenance, Warehouse Operations, Information Technology and Experience Engineering. As an engineer and project manager, he has been a key player of several initiatives to enhance Cast and Guest Experience, business profitability and product quality. In his current role, he is leading a team of Industrial Engineers in charge of supporting the planning and development of the Parks and other areas of Disneyland Paris. Jérôme holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering. He is married and has one child.
