Teresa Totino
WOC Nurse
Emory Healthcare
Teresa Totino has been a certified wound ostomy and continence nurse for the past five years with a total of 15 years of nursing experience. She currently works at Emory Hospital Midtown in Atlanta, GA. Teresa has been belly dancing as a hobby for the past five years. Belly dance is more than a dance, it is a low impact way to strengthen muscles groups. Belly dance is all about muscle isolation and targeting muscles to engage to produce a specific move. The muscles used in belly dance greatly improve the strength of the pelvic floor as belly dance is a folkloric dance taught to women to prepare them for child birth.
