Katie Davis, CPA, is a Partner at James Moore & Co. with nearly 20 years of experience. She leads the firm's Higher Education and Collegiate Athletics practice as she spends a majority of her time serving collegiate athletic departments, associations, booster clubs, and other higher education-related organizations nationwide. Katie's work in college athletics goes beyond traditional accounting services. As a thought leader and valued advisor in the industry, she drives discussions on the issues impacting universities. She works closely with her clients and enjoys bringing solutions to them that improve their operations, grow their bottom line, and redirect their limited resources to the things that matter most. Katie is also nationally recognized as an advocate for the financial voices in college athletics. She co-hosts the News & Brews Sports Biz podcast and makes regular appearances on other industry broadcast programs and publications. By doing this, she helps to educate the sports business industry on relevant issues that impact us now and in the future. She's also an active participant and raving fan of CABMA. Fun fact: Katie is a travel addict and enjoys traveling with her husband and two young children - which also means she has the patience of a saint.
