Charles Kirby, CEO of Dynium, has a degree in economic history from the London School of Economics, a Masters in Management, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, and a degree in Electronic Engineering from Warwick University. Charles worked on automotive networking protocols and their suitability for autonomous vehicles at a research organisation, and later at a motorsports consultancy. Charles is from an orchard farming family and realised that orchard farmers were missing out on precision farming technologies. For orchard farmers to benefit from precision farming technologies, they needed access to data from below the canopy, close to where diseases start. By developing an advanced driverless navigation system Dynium is now able to automate farming and provide new precision farming solutions to these sectors.
