Barb Dan has spent the past five years with Dole Fresh Vegetables as their Senior Vice President of Innovation. Prior to Dole, she started her career in fresh produce as the Senior Vice President of Marketing for Ready Pac Foods after spending 26 years working with various CPG organizations such as Procter & Gamble, Heinz, ConAgra, Sara Lee and Dial. Some of her most notable product and platform successes include: Heinz Ketchup plastic bottle; Healthy Choice Bowl Creations; Ready Pac Bistro Dinner Solutions; Dole Slawesomes! and Dole Bountiful™. She has a B.S. in Marketing from Miami University in Oxford, OH and her MBA in Marketing from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, TN. Barb currently serves on United Fresh’s Fresh-Cut Processor Board.
