Magallon moved to Oxnard, CA in 2003 looking for new career opportunities and was hired to work for San Miguel Produce in a temporary position that summer. A few months later she was offered a full-time position working on the Production line and assisting in the QC department. Magallon has been at San Miguel Produce for 16 years where she first worked as a Shipping Clerk.
