Registered Dietitian Dayle Hayes is known across the US as a cheerleader for excellence in school meals and farm to school programs. Through her School Meals That Rock Facebook, Twitter and Instagram platforms, she spotlights the best of the best in breakfasts, lunches, snacks and suppers service in schools. She has done trainings and presentations in all 50 states and served on numerous association boards and committees. Dayle also provides strategic insights and educational consultation for several US commodity boards including the Highbush Blueberry Council, the Mushroom Council, the National Peanut Board and Potatoes USA.
