Carrie Meadows serves as Chief of Staff to Congressman Dan Newhouse (WA-04).  Carrie has served as the Chief of Staff since Congressman Newhouse joined the Congress in 2015.  Prior to being named to lead Congressman Newhouse’s staff, Carrie served as Legislative Director for Congressman Bob Goodlatte (VA-06).  Carrie has over a decade of Capitol Hill experience and has worked extensively on immigration, agriculture, and trade policy.  Carrie is a native of Lynchburg, Virginia and completed her undergraduate degree from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia.
