LATOSHA CLEMONS, Deputy Chief, a 24-year veteran of the fire service, has served as an assessor for numerous assessment center processes across the United States from the rank of firefighter to battalion chief. This has allowed her to gain the knowledge of what an assessment center entails and how to score high. She has been involved in the test development process. She has an AA degree, a BS degree, and a master?s degree. She is a graduate of the National Fire Academy Executive Fire Officers Program She has 24 years of experience in the fire service.
