Amanda DeBautte Davis has over 8 years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate Industry. She is based in CBRE’s Jacksonville office and oversees the Jessie Ball DuPont Center a 4-story, 120,215 sq. ft., historic building located in downtown Jacksonville, FL that has been redeveloped by the Jessie Ball duPont Fund into a shared office center and gathering place for local philanthropic organizations. Amanda’s portfolio also includes industrial properties for DRA and GPT totaling over 1.8 million sq. ft. Prior to joining CBRE, Amanda assisted in managing a 1.6 million sq. ft. portfolio for REIT Management & Research throughout the State of Florida. The portfolio included a mixture of high-rise office, medical, and government properties. Prior to this, Amanda was the Assistant Property Manager for a 364,000 sq. ft. class A high rise in downtown Jacksonville. She has received numerous honors, including the CBRE Young Professional of the Year for North Florida and BOMA Jacksonville Principle Member of the Year. Amanda is also currently serving as the president of BOMA Jacksonville.
