Dr. Kad is founding President & CEO of Enkad Sciences since 2004, specializing in novel & sustainable practices in waste mitigation, recycling & repurposing. He firmly believes that "Waste is Value" and is an active supporter of the post-consumption economy of repair, reuse, repurpose and recycle. He emphasizes innovation to devise and implement novel and sustainable solutions to extract residual value and reuse from the functional afterlife of post-industrial, post-consumer waste streams. In such an exchange, one’s surplus is redeployed as ingredient raw material by others with the least amount of further preparation or embellishment. Both the waste generator and the waste end-user benefit in this exchange - in its most direct and purest form of repurposing & recycling.
