Jeff Papalia, is the National Industries for the Blind, Program Manager, Textiles. Jeff has been with NIB since 2006 and served as Senior Textile Engineer until 2017 when he was promoted to his current position. Jeff oversees Military and Government Contracts that are produced by thirty NIB-affiliated Not-For-Profit Agencies across the country. Prior to his role at NIB, Jeff served as Director of Quality and Sourcing for the Jones New York/Jones Apparel Group Western Hemisphere locations. Jeff served as a SEAMS Association Board of Directors Member from 2011-2018 and since 2018 serves as the IFAI Military Board Vice-Chair. Jeff is Certified in Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Leading The Way Management Training, TruCost Engineering and Basics to Federal Contracting. Jeff holds his Bachelor of Science Degree in Apparel Management from the Philadelphia College of Textiles and Science.
