Susanne Wroblewski joined the Faculty and Staff of CMU's Fashion Merchandising and Design Technology Program in 2013 to coordinate Faculty and external customer research in the Center for Merchandising and Design Technology. Since that time she has joined the instructional team to offer introduction to textiles both face to face and on-line. Wroblewski holds a Bachelor's degree in Plastic Engineering from Ferris State University and a Master's degree in Apparel Product Development and Merchandising Design from Central Michigan University. Wroblewski is co-founder of Elemental, a company which designs and manufacturers functional intimates for breast cancer surivors. Wroblewski's primary research interests are textile testing, functional design as it pertains to thermal comfort and 3D printing.
