Rebecca Monroe is the Fuel Trademark and Infrastructure Lead at General Motors working on fuel and additive effects on engines and is the lead for the Top program. She has worked for over 20 years on fuels in the automotive industry on fuel regulatory and fuel systems, including components such as fuel tank systems, fuel pump modules, air intake manifolds, cooling and exhaust systems. She also works on industry collaborative projects including Coordinating Research Council, ASTM, USCAR and U.S. DRIVE fuels working groups. She has a degree in Chemical Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
