Bruce Hamilton, PE, PMP, is a Director with Navigant’s Energy Practice where he is focused on the wind sector. Mr. Hamilton was previously responsible for the on-site and remote operations and maintenance of wind plants owned by Iberdrola Renewables. He was VP-Independent Power Operations for E.ON U.S., where he managed a portfolio of fossil and wind projects throughout the U.S. and overseas. At Navigant, he has led strategic studies and provided expert witness testimony for wind turbine manufacturers, electric utilities, developers, owner/operators, investors, trade associations, and governments. He served as the Principal Investigator for three major offshore wind studies for the U.S. Department of Energy and NYSERDA. Mr. Hamilton holds a B.S. in chemical engineering from the University of California at Berkeley and an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.
