Keith Wheeler is President and CHRO of HR Resources of the Carolinas, LLC. Keith brings over 25 years of human resource management and leadership experience with a strong concentration as a HR Generalist. Prior to starting his own HR consulting business, Keith worked for USI Insurance Services and served as head of human resources at Benefit Controls Companies. Keith was also head of human resources for a large foodservice franchisee with over 1,000 employees in multiple states. Keith has also served as Vice President of Human Resource Operations for a national healthcare alliance organization with multi-state locations and over 1,500 employees. His additional human resources experience includes the entertainment industry as Senior Director of Human Resources & Labor Relations in New York City for an internationally known venue and in the retail industry as Director of Human Re-sources for a national retailer with 475 locations, 2 distribution centers, and over 4,000 employees. Keith has spent the past 12+ years consulting and supporting clients in a variety of industries including, but not limited to, retail, professional services, manufacturing, construction, and healthcare. He is an honors graduate of Winthrop University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Ad-ministration. Keith is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR/SHRM-SCP) and is a frequent speaker and presenter on human resource topics for various organizations and associations.
