I have set up purchasing systems and warehouse systems from scratch, and improved operations of both systems where previously established; re-engineered purchasing ordinances, policies and procedures; setup new hosted eProcurement system; setup new purchasing website; drafted and utilized numerous templates for competitive procurements; and revised terms and conditions for purchases and contracts. I constantly seek new and better ways to improve the process and the services provided to users.
