Lindsay Hochberg joined the Department of Commerce as a Project Manager in 2012. While at DOC, she has conducted successful implementations for enterprise wide, mission support systems for a variety of work streams including Human Resources, Time and Attendance/Payroll, Travel, Infrastructure, and Financial Management Systems. Currently, Lindsay serves as the Project Manager for the Business Applications Solution (BAS) Project at DOC, a 5 year implementation effort aimed at modernizing the financial management, acquisitions management, and asset management systems. The BAS solution set will be deployed in a single instance/single configuration alongside a standard, enterprise wide data warehouse in a Software As a Service, cloud environment
