Scott Thoren is the Senior Hydropower Program Manager for the Northwestern Division of the US Army Corps of Engineers. Mr. Thoren has 15 years with the Corps, working increasingly responsible roles from powerhouse staff engineer, Operations and Maintenance supervision, Plant Manager, and culminating with district and division level hydropower program management. Mr. Thoren has an active role in the Corps' National Hydropower Operation and Maintenance Practices Advisory Committee and chairs the Maintenance Standards working group.
