Lisa J. Kleinhandler’s family’s history in the fastener industry spans 80+ years and three generations. Lisa is the founder and editor in chief of Fastener News Desk, an online source for “All Things Fastenating”. Lisa and her partner Cris Young went from being a brick-n-mortar distributor to a technology startup after recognizing a big problem all industrial suppliers would face when selling online. They have received two patents for their transformative SaaS eCommerce/customer experience Product Genius Technology™. Lisa is passionate about technology, social media, eCommerce, 3D Printing and enjoys opportunities to share her knowledge with the industry she has grown up in.
