Joseph Costigan Jr,-Senior Manager, Corridor Extensions has 8 years experience with Metrolinx (Toronto) and over 17 years of cumulative railroad industry experience and is a fourth generation railroader. He started his career in 1998 as a student with CN and has since worked for Ledcor Construction, CMC Group, Aecom and GO Transit. The majority of his work as a consultant, contractor and owner has been on CN territory in the Great Lakes district. Joe is a graduate of the Construction Engineering program at Mohawk College and has a project management certificate from the University of Toronto. He makes his home in Hamilton, Ontario with his wife Becky and two daughters Maeve and Tova.
