Kirsten Ross first started her passion in EHS at Purdue University with double B.S. in Environmental & Occupational Health Sciences (minor in dance). After graduation she started with Eaton Corporation in the Leadership Development Program (LDP) where she rotated positions throughout Aerospace and Electrical Sectors. Kirsten has experience leading sustainability, safety, occupational health and continuous improvement. She led safety across Production Control for the Tesla Fremont Factory where she supported the model 3 production line from day one of production and built the safety team. She is certified 30-Hour OSHA, lean six sigma greenbelt and Certified Safety Professional (CSP). Kirsten is now a regional leader in EHS supporting Tesla Energy and Service, Sales, Delivery, and body shop operations.
