Lynn Berger is Director of Property Management for Liberty’s industrial operations in Maryland and Virginia. She oversees a team managing a portfolio of wholly owned properties consisting of 8.1 million SF with an active acquisition and development pipeline. Ms. Berger joined Liberty Property Trust in 2005 and in 2011 oversaw the disposition of 1.8 million SF of office and flex assets and transitioned two market teams (MD/Virginia) into its growth strategy of warehouse and distribution. Ms. Berger started her real estate career in New Jersey at the New Jersey Economic Development Authority and moved to Maryland in 1991 and continued a career in Property Management. Ms. Berger is a resident of Carroll County and holds a MD Real Estate License, earned the Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from the Building Owners and Managers Institute, is a Past President of BOMA Baltimore and since 2011 maintains the LEED Green Associate Accreditation from USGBC.
